Support for friends and family

We offer brief counselling support to friends, support people and non-offending family members of victim survivors.

For professionals

We offer information, secondary consultation and professional development for professionals and organisations.

Acknowledging victim survivors

CASA House acknowledges all victim survivors of sexual violence. We recognise their strength, resilience, and the impact that violence has on their lives and communities. Victim survivors inform our work through their advocacy, knowledge, and lived experience.

CASA House uses the term victim survivor in recognition of both the impacts of violence and of people’s ability and capacity to survive.

CASA House acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, the Wurundjeri and Boonwurrung peoples of the Kulin Nation. We recognise their continuing connection to, and care for, land and waters. We acknowledge this land was stolen, and that sovereignty was never ceded. We pay our respect to Elders, past and present.
